Who is this website for?
This website is run for the owners of the 48 apartments in Thames Quay, one of the eight residential buildings in Chelsea Harbour.
What is this website is trying to achieve?
The owners of the 310 apartments in the eight residential buildings in Chelsea Harbour have always faced large service charges, but for the current year (to September 2025) the significantly increased reserve funds demanded now and for the next four years thereafter have, in some buildings, nearly doubled the service charge.

This website aims to provide a forum and means to exchange information about services and service charges that we are paying for, and to promote the interests of all Thames Quay owners in discussions with our landlord Chelsea Harbour Limited (CHL) and their managing agent (Metrus).
Chelsea Harbour Residents Association (CHRA)
This website is separate from the Chelsea Harbour Residents Association (CHRA). The CHRA officers, secretary and representatives are entirely voluntary, with residents offering their time and expertise in order to maintain and improve the quality of living in Chelsea Harbour.

The CHRA also includes Building Representatives (up to three per Building), who listen to the concerns of the three hundred and ten apartments and houses in the eight residential buildings across Chelsea Harbour.

See the tab CHRA Constitution for more details about the CHRA.
