Buying the Freehold
A new approach to managing our building
Two other buildings of the eight in Chelsea Harbour are actively considering purchasing the freehold of their buildings and the car parks on which the buildings stand.
In November these two buildings held a very informative zoom meeting with their residents and solicitor. They are happy to make this recording available for us to watch. If you have not yet seen it, you can download it below.​ You will need to contact me to get the password.
