Chelsea Harbour was constructed around 1988 with 125 year leases granted on apartments.
Many leaseholders in Chelsea Harbour have already negotiated a 90 year Lease Extension with the Landlord, Chelsea Harbour Ltd.
The CHRA facilitated two groups of leaseholders through this process a few years ago.
