Meeting 2: 7th January 2025
Owners’ Meeting 7th January 2025
A Zoom meeting was held at 18.30 on Tuesday 7th January for several Thames Quay owners to discuss the management of the Thames Quay building.​ Items discussed were as follows.
1. It was generally agreed that a professional surveyor should be retained and names would be put forward together with a cost estimate.

2. Whilst there is significant interest to follow the approach being adopted
by other Buildings to buy their freehold, it was agreed that at the moment buying the freehold should be investigated further, with a watching eye on progress made in Carlyle Court and The Quadrangle.
