CHRA Constitution
The button below enables you to download a copy of the CHRA Constitution.
At a time when residents need the influence of a strong recognised residents' association the constitution is seemingly being re-interpreted by the current CHRA Committee.

Download the Constitution and see for yourself how the CHRA should be run. In particular look at two sections.

Section 3 is clear about what the CHRA should be doing. It is the CHRA who should be doing all the work on behalf of residents, not the building volunteers (see below).

Section 13 describes the role of building volunteers. They should in effect be just a conduit for information between the CHRA and the eight buildings, rather than acting in absentia of the CHRA whose role it more properly is to represent all residents.
