Long Term Maintenance
(CAPEX) 2025-2029

This recent Long Term Maintenance Plan 2025-2029 is the reason behind steep increases in our Service Charge Demands.

There have been at least two versions - the first in April 2024, the second in September 2024 which was revised slightly to reduce the amounts being demanded in 2025.

Appointment of a Surveyor by CHRA

The CHRA are considering appointing a Surveyor to challenge the 5 Year Reserve/CAPEX Plans for every building, with each building to contribute.
